2. Estimated Delivery Times

We ship to customers both within the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:

United States (Standard Shipping): 5–14 business days

International Shipping: 7–20 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to high demand, customs processing, or local carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — be sure to check our homepage or product pages for current offers.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update. You can track your shipment using the link provided in your email.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply for international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. CASYFiE is not responsible for delivery issues due to incomplete or incorrect address information.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at casyfiee@gmail.com. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
